Project Overview


The team at McKeever Group – owners of Dillons Hotel – came to us in search of an authentic brand image that aligned with their current ethos and bringing together different areas of the business and building true brand value.

Brand Strategy


The first step in our journey with Dillons Hotel was creating a Brand Strategy to bring together our vision for Dillons’ future, and defining their brand values and value proposition. With this, we identified the hotel’s heritage and deep connection to Donegal, along with their home-from-home offering for tourists and locals alike.

Brand Design


The brand system is based upon the idea that Dillons Hotel is a window to the future within the McKeever Group. We combine tradition with a contemporary twist; showcasing the local Irish heritage whilst also remaining true to the adventurous spirit of Letterkenny.

Web Design


To complement the new brand system for Dillons Hotel, we designed a new website which marries the traditional and modern brand elements. The website design is a hub for information, providing visitors with everything they need to know about the hotel – where they lay their head, where they can grab a bite, and what they can get up to along the way.

In addition to this, the website features a fully-functioning booking system. It is now easier than ever for both the Dillons team to organise bookings and guests to create their perfect stay.

Brand Rollout


When creating the new brand system for Dillons Hotel, it was essential for us to ensure the elevated brand was reflected across the entire guest experience. With this, we created outdoor assets including carpark signage and building collateral. Once the brand identity was established on the exterior, we developed the indoor guest experience. This included business cards, guest information packs, menu designs and keycard holders.
