Homes Independent
For over 30 years, Homes Independent has been more than just an estate agency. With a mission to provide exceptional property buying experiences across Northern Ireland, the team at Homes Independent came to us in search of a new brand identity that would propel them into the next stage of their journey.
Located in the heart of Ballymena, Homes Independent is perfectly poised for their next stage of growth and a transformation to sell higher-value homes, whilst also catering to the first-time buyer market.
Our goal was to create a cohesive brand system that solidifies Homes Independent’s position in the current market, crafting a modern verbal and visual identity that is reflective of the higher-value homes within their portfolio.
The first step in our journey with Homes Independent was to define the verbal identity of the business. We delved deep into the vision behind the brand – how they started, where they currently sit in the market and where they want to go.
The brand strategy was crafted with the brand vision and mission in mind. Each buyer’s journey is unique, and we set out to create a brand strategy that highlighted the belief that home is not just a place, and Homes Independent are equipped to empower the housing dreams of their clients.
The new visual brand identity for Homes Independent sought to balance the brand’s longstanding legacy with a fresh and sophisticated look that appeals to both the higher-end market whilst remaining inclusive to first-time buyers.
The subtle elevation enhances the approachability and credibility of the brand, implementing a thoughtful blend of elements that transition seamlessly into a higher-end image for Homes Independent.
Over the next few months, we will be working with the team at Homes Independent to assist with the rollout of their new brand system across social media and email marketing channels and additional collateral, including sale boards, business stationery and brochures.
When considering the brand rollout, we considered the buyers and homeowners in addition to the Homes Independent team. As a result, the brand rollout will also include client gifting assets such as wine bottles and keychains.
