After outsourcing workforce management software for 35 years, the team at North Time Data developed a bespoke technology that provides businesses with cloud-based timekeeping software.
Striking the perfect balance between cutting-edge technology and an approachable business who truly cares about their customer, Workflow Infinity is dedicated to saving time and money, bolstering efficiency and productivity for national businesses.
We were tasked with creating a unique brand system for Workflow Infinity – comprising strategy, identity and design – to position them as the leading time management tool for SMEs across the UK and Ireland.
Our first step in the process of building a comprehensive brand system for Workflow Infinity was to create a Brand Strategy. This outlined the verbal and visual strategy for the business, and also detailed their mission to solidify their position as a flexible, agile business providing bespoke solutions for SMEs.
The overarching vision of the Brand Strategy was to raise the public perception of Workflow Infinity as the industry leader – the brand of choice. Equipped with talent, top-quality service, expertise and knowledge, Workflow Infinity are dedicated to increasing the performance of their customers’ businesses.
With the Brand Strategy defining Workflow Infinity as the future-ready, efficient timekeeping software provider, we began to structure Workflow Infinity’s visual Brand Identity.
The Brand Identity presented Workflow Infinity as a modern technology brand, built by the experts. It also reflects their hands-on approach. They are customer-centric, always agile and positively curious.
The selected typeface is clear and simple, giving a friendly but communicative typeface to the brand. It also includes geometrical elements to reflect the infinity symbol. These additional elements add balance and extra detailing, providing recognisability and softness.
The primary logo for Workflow Infinity reflects the business that is driven by their cutting-edge technology and staff. The infinity symbol makes reference the name, but also upholds the tech-led image to align with the overarching NTD brand.
Hello, I’m Susie! I loved creating this concept for NTD as I had to find the balance in having a strong icon paired with a type that was professional but friendly.
My main inspiration came from the infinity symbol and the ‘W’ in Workflow. This project is one of my biggest to date and cannot wait to see the site go live!
