Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to play a key role in the day-to-day management and delivery of integrated marketing, brand and digital projects across a portfolio of client accounts. 

You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple workstreams while maintaining strong client relationships. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high creative standard. 

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaboration and is ready to take more ownership of client relationships and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Account Ownership 

  • Take ownership of high-profile, tier-one projects from briefing through to delivery Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service and satisfaction
  • Manage client tenders and proposals, ensuring they are strategically aligned, commercially sound and professionally presented

Paid & Organic Social Media 

  • Oversee paid and organic social activity across platforms including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns, adjusting targeting, creative and budgets to improve performance
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure content is platform-appropriate and performance-driven

Content & Creative Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters and content creators to produce assets aligned with campaign strategy
  • Ensure content calendars accurately reflect campaign objectives and timelines
  • Oversee the coordination of content shoots and influencer partnerships where required

Performance, Reporting & Optimisation 

  • Monitor key performance metrics including CPA, CPC and ROAS
  • Deliver clear, insightful campaign reports, providing transparency and actionable recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation, growth and improved return on investment 

Budget & Partner Management

  • Manage and monitor client budgets, ensuring efficient use of spend and maximum return on ad investment
  • Make informed budget adjustments in response to campaign performance
  • Coordinate with media buying partners to ensure placements align with campaign objectives, budgets and timelines

Campaign Management & Delivery 

  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams to deliver work on time and to brief
  • Maintain oversight of timelines, scopes and deliverables across all campaign activity

Skills & Experience

Essential 

  • Marketing degree/equivalent and 2+ years of experience in an agency setting
  • A strong portfolio with successful brand partnerships and campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience in Paid Social Media, including Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage various tasks, clients and campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in a variety of marketing software, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager

Desirable 

  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Knowledge of PM & Scheduling Systems such as Asana, Resource Guru etc
  • Knowledge of agency management systems e.g. Synergist
  • Experience managing clients in the Retail & Hospitality Sector
