About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Junior Designer to join our growing creative team 2 days per week.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn, obsessed with good design, and excited to work across real client projects in a busy agency environment. You’ll support our designers and Creative Director across brand, digital and campaign work, learning how bold ideas move from concept to execution.
You won’t be expected to know everything. You will be expected to be curious, open-minded, and ready to get stuck in.
What You’ll Do
- Support the design team across brand, digital and campaign projects
- Help create visual assets for social, web, presentations and marketing materials
- Assist with brand identity rollouts and design systems
- Prepare artwork for digital and print outputs
- Take feedback on board and develop your craft with guidance from senior designers
- Collaborate closely with designers, strategists and the wider studio team
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years’ experience (or a strong graduate portfolio)
- A portfolio that shows strong fundamentals and a clear eye for design
- Good understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to ask questions
- An interest in branding, culture, and design that goes beyond trends

Salary
£25,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
