Located in the heart of Belfast, CastleCourt is a bustling retail destination renowned for its diverse range of stores and vibrant atmosphere.
CastleCourt approached Rapid Agency with the objective of positioning CastleCourt as the definitive, central shopping centre in Belfast. They wanted to cater to a diverse demographic while capturing the attention of a younger audience.
The client sought to strike a balance between paying homage to CastleCourt’s heritage and showcasing its evolution. They have catapulted into a modern and affordable shopping centre with a unique offering. There was a strong focus on strengthening the brand and increasing brand awareness of their new entertainment offering. The client wanted engaging and playful campaigns to convey CastleCourt’s vibrant atmosphere.
At Rapid Agency, we collaborated closely with CastleCourt to develop a comprehensive strategy. With this, we addressed the client’s objectives, implementing a range of solutions to revitalise the shopping centre’s brand.
At Rapid Agency, we created a range of visually-striking campaign designs. The objective was to capture attention and generate excitement for the centre. This included digital billboards, both landscape and vertical, strategically placed in high-traffic areas of Belfast. Additionally, eye-catching posters were designed and placed within the shopping centre as well as social media graphics designed to engage online audiences.
We designed custom creative icons with a subtle hand-drawn style. These icons reflected key offerings within the shopping centre, such as food, drink, shopping, parking and a new entertainment offering. The colours were carefully selected to reflect the diverse group of people who visit CastleCourt. Neon, bright tones conveyed a modern feel while the original blue colour was retained to reinforce their existing brand identity.
Leveraging the power of social media, we developed a Paid Social Media strategy to expand CastleCourt’s reach and feed into an email marketing strategy. By reaching a wider audience, the focus is on continuously driving footfall to the shopping centre and increasing brand awareness.
Rapid Agency develops engaging newsletters and email marketing campaigns to maintain regular communication with CastleCourt’s customers. These communication channels are utilised to promote special offers, highlight upcoming events and build a sense of community around CastleCourt.
