Dougies Goodies is a family-favourite cake factory and bakery located in the heart of Ballymena. After being acquired by new owners in 2022, Dougies Goodies has been spearheaded with an exciting expansion and transformation of the beloved bakery.

Firstly, they underwent a rebranding process which aimed to preserve Dougies’ heritage while also propelling it forward into an exciting future. As part of the rebrand and digital transformation of Dougies, our team has also been entrusted with managing their social media presence and building their new website.
Under the guidance of its new owners, Dougies Goodies came to us in search of a new, fresh and captivating brand identity. This firstly aimed to reflect their evolution and commitment to delivering delicious Goodies. In addition, the brand refresh embraces a forward-thinking approach to modernising the brand. A fresh identity will propel it forward into its exciting new future.
The chosen colour palette included the original ‘Dougie Pink’. This was originally handpicked with a fresh and modern appeal. Symbolising passion, creativity and sweetness, this iconic colour brings customers back to Dougies Goodies’ rich history.
We selected a soft, rounded font to reflect the whimsical nature of Dougies Goodies’ delicious bales, mimicking sprinkles, piping and other decorations. Additionally, the typographies add a playful touch. This further emphasises the bakery’s commitment to creating unique Goodies.
