Francesco’s vision was born out of his own struggle to find truly authentic Italian dining experiences in Belfast. Determined to fill this void, he embarked on a journey to create a place where locals and visitors alike could savour the richness of Italian cuisine, from freshly made pasta to mouthwatering, traditional dishes.
